Pat’s experience of over two decades includes single tenant transactions, multi-tenant centers, neighborhood, community and power centers, development pre-sales, and distressed asset sales throughout the U.S.
Pat Kent is Senior Vice President, SRS Investment Properties Group and is a Retail Investment Property Advisor. Pat is member of International Council of Shopping Centers and is on the Investment Advisory Board for substantial Orange County Family Office. Pat and his wife and two children reside in Irvine, and together they enjoy many outdoor activities.
