After many years as both a real estate investor and an independent real estate broker everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors seek Patrick Hill’s real estate advice.
His strong background of over twenty years of experience in real estate coupled with his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from FSU serves his clients well.
Other features that Patrick offers clients are experience with 1031 exchange transactions as well as strong contract negotiations. Patrick currently holds a Broker Associate license with E&V in Charleston, South Carolina in addition to Naples, Florida.
Prior to his real estate endeavors, Patrick served his country in the USMC. In his spare time Patrick enjoys boating activities and traveling with his family. He also enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and actively supports charities focused on orphan relief.
