Bio
Pat joined Atlantic’s Northeast office as a broker in 2012. Since then he has worked on the New England expansion of national retail tenants such as Party City, Dollar General, and Starbucks. On the leasing side, Pat has worked with REITs such as Regency, Brixmor and Kimco in addition to his work with local and independent real estate owners. Pat’s diverse experience allows him to efficiently service a variety of clients to meet their real estate goals.
A Massachusetts native, Pat graduated from the Rivers School before attending St. Anselm college in Manchester, NH. Away from the office Pat enjoys spending time with family and friends and working on his golf game.
