Pat tries to make all sales transactions smooth for his real estate clients. He wants them to understand the process as much as possible, so that they feel comfortable with their new home investment.
He has taken courses and completed the required number of Sales to become an Associated Broker in Real Estate. He's always trying to increase his knowledge in the real estate field, so that he may better serve his clients.
