About 40 years ago, Pat moved to Florida to direct management and sales of multi-unit residential and commercial properties and train salespeople throughout the state. Soon after, Pat was introduced to the local real estate industry and earned her Florida Real Estate License in 1996. Her passion for real estate quickly grew, and over the last 25 years, she has worked tirelessly to make a name for herself as the top-producing agent in New Smyrna Beach.
