Prior to joining The J. Beard Real Estate Company in 2018, Pamela worked over 10 years in the commercial real estate industry in Houston, specializing in Landlord and Tenant Representation.
The majority of that time was with a national commercial leasing firm as a Leasing Representative and Regional Leasing Manager, where she was responsible for managing a 3.2 million SF portfolio of buildings in the North and Central Houston Area.
Additionally, she managed a team of 14 leasing agents and handled negotiations of all large and complex lease transactions.
