Experience: Since 1991 I have been a licensed REALTOR with 10 years in Property Management having ran my own management company under The Prudential Morro Bay Realty and Paradise Realty and Property Management.
Sales: Residential, Commercial Real Estate, Income Properties and Mobile Home Parks. Having worked in Property Management gives me an understanding of an Investors needs and concerns when looking to purchase or sell an investment property.
Previously traveling through out the state and outside of the state to find investment property's for my clients.
Education: Business Law, California Real Estate Law, Accounting, Real Estate Principles, Appraisal and all the classes needed to become a Real Estate Broker.
Family and Hobbies: Windsurfing, Bicycle Riding and sewing. My mom was also Owner/Broker of Morro Bay Realty and The Prudential Morro Bay Realty. My brother is also a Broker and his wife is Realtor.
Background: My family has lived in Morro Bay for over 60 years, I have a seen the changes and am familiar with the area. Also raised four children here, The values and direction of our community are important.
