Bio
As a developer, landlord and property manager of a 24,000 sf MOB for the past 7 years, Pam took the next step to help other people get the best deals in healthcare real estate. Pam uses her 17 year experience in practice development to help providers understand their options in purchasing, selling and leasing real estate. Her goal is to broker the best deal for her client and see them achieve their financial goals with their property from the start of the transaction search and valuation to advising them on floor plan efficiency, patient experience and revenue per square foot.
Pamela Nease is the Owner of Nease Property Development and former Marketing and Business Development Director of Southern Surgical Arts, one of the fastest growing cosmetic surgery practices in the United States. Pam takes great pride in her upbringing having grown up in a family amusement business and has been working since she was nine years old. Building upon her Masters degrees in Business Administration and Health Administration from the University of Florida, Pam brings intelligence and experience to help other practices grow their business.
Pam began her work alongside her husband in growing his practice in marketing with a $75,000 start-up loan. She strongly emphasized justifying and providing metrics for every marketing dollar spent, for good reason, while homeschooling their four children for four years in their early education. Over the past fifteen years, Pam has worked from analyzing ROI of marketing budgets, business plans and staff training to project management, business strategy, financial analysis, reducing costs, and increasing net income. She worked closely with upper management, legal counsel and the practice accountant. In recent years, she transitioned to commercial property development for healthcare practices and still works closely with her husband in analyzying profitability and practice success.
In 2014, Pam completed a 13-month, $5 million construction project for the new home of Southern Surgical Arts. She managed the loan process, and then facilitated all communications and operations of the building construction while maintaining a great relationship with the general contractor to date. The 24,000 square foot building finished on time and on budget, and at first inspection, Southern Surgical Arts received its Certificate of Occupancy. Pam worked diligently with the contractor and city of Chattanooga officials for the site development to ensure the building contributed to the revitalization of Chattanooga's Southside.
