With over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, having developed, brokered, purchased and sold over 100MM in commercial transactions. Pablo has a deep knowledge and understanding of how to find a property and turn it into a profitable high-yield asset.
Along with his extensive real estate experience, Pablo is also a real estate Attorney who has acted as in-house counsel for a multinational real estate company enriching Pablo with extensive experience dealing with contracts, lenders, sellers, buyers, real estate agents and government officials.
Pablo’s education includes Juris Doctor in Law from Florida International University, and MBA from University of Miami and a double major in Economics and Political Science from University of Miami.
