Owen Mercer is an Associate Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors – the leading tenant and corporate advisory firm in the mid-south region.
Owen focuses on both occupier and landlord representation, including both corporate and private clients. Through this work, he has executed a wide variety of transactions across industrial, office and retail asset classes. Owen is a member of the Global Portfolio Solutions Team, where he provides financial analysis and transaction management expertise to long-term clients with a global footprint of over 40MM SF. Furthermore, he executes the management of benchmarking and metric measurement for these Global Portfolio Solutions clients. From his wide variety of transaction experience, Owen is extremely well versed in the Memphis real estate market. Owen has also worked with the Community Advisors service line of Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, where he assists in providing brokerage, management, redevelopment and financing expertise for non-profit and faith-based clients in underserved core Memphis neighborhoods.
