Otto Swingler started his career in commercial real estate in 2012 with Live Oak, a local developer specializing in industrial real estate, and joined Stream as a Vice President in 2020. With a strong commercial real estate background, Otto has completed more than 300 leasing transactions totaling over 3.56 million SF, one ground up industrial development and 14 acquisitions, totaling 513,000 SF, with a combined asset value in excess of $78MM.
