Bio
Otis Johnson is a lifelong Beloiter and a product of the Beloit School District, Class of 2000. He grew up playing hockey with the Beloit Youth Hockey Association which established close friendships he still has to this day. Otis met his wife, Steph, his junior year and they have been together since the summer of '99. They got married in 2005 and their daughter Carter Lily was born in 2006. Otis’ family has been in the Rock County area for over 150 years.
Otis has his bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University. He began his working career at the City of Beloit as a basket checker at the Big Pool when he was 14 years old and worked full-time through college and beyond with the Department of Public Works as a Special Equipment Operator.
Otis got into Real Estate in 2014 and never looked back, opening his own RE/MAX office as a Broker/Owner in 2017. He still plays hockey, enjoys swimming, biking, golf and working out. He also spends a great deal of time doing home renovation projects.
