I graduated from Cal State University Northridge with a BS degree in business in 1981. My option was real estate and finance. Became licensed real estate agent in 1982 and have been actively selling properties in the high desert for 37 years. Currently representing buyers on Bank Owned homes, Short Sales, HUD owned and Standard Sales. Knowledge of local community and neighborhoods help my customers identify the area that would best fit their needs. Vacant land specialist for customers wanting to build a custom home or investment opportunities. I service my customers with detail evaluations so they can get a good picture of the market conditions and do not charge buyers with any transaction fees.
