Olivia Sarnecki serves as the Manager of the Cushman & Wakefield Education Practice Group, a full service, integrated advisory team focused on real estate solutions for the education sector. The Education Practice Group seeks to assist in the development and implementation of strategies throughout the lifecycle of Pre-K, K-12, and post-secondary school users.
Ms. Sarnecki is directly responsible for coordinating marketing and communications for the education practice group, which consists of 50 team members throughout the world, building strategic partnerships with third party services catering to the education sector, creating proprietary market research reports, as well as ensuring client satisfaction is measured through key performance indicators for each project the Education Practice Group completes.
Ms. Sarnecki has dedicated the past 5 years to enhancing Cushman & Wakefield’s education platform capabilities. Given the unique set of needs, regulations, and environments which surround educational real estate initiatives, Ms. Sarnecki is focused on delivering the tools and resources necessary to provide informative and effective solutions to our clients.
Ms. Sarnecki joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012. Prior to managing the Education Practice Group, she interned for Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago Market Research team.
