Bio
Joining Compass Commercial in Beverly Hills was a natural homecoming for real estate pro Olivia Robertson, a fourth generation San Francisco native. After graduating from Hamilton College in upstate New York, Olivia moved to the city where she joined the Serhant Team - ranked the #1 Residential Real Estate Team in Manhattan. After years of high-priced high-energy high-volume real estate deal-making, Olivia was offered her own office in Brooklyn and twenty-five agents. However, accepting an opportunity on the development side of real estate was her next move. Working with New York-based Sorgente Group of America, owners of the landmark Flatiron Building, would eventually lead Olivia away from New York and back to California. As its Acquisitions & Development Director, Olivia’s own ambitions matched Sorgente’s goals toward sustainable preservation and redevelopment. Among other projects in New York and California, Olivia managed the disposition of the landmark Fine Arts Building in Downtown Los Angeles. It was while commuting from Manhattan for this assignment when Olivia took a fresh look at California, relocating soon thereafter to Venice Beach. With experience on the residential side along with mixed-use asset management and disposition, Olivia then sought to hang her hat with Compass Commercial in Los Angeles. Meeting with and joining VP Elizabeth Clark in Beverly Hills was a good fit. Today, Olivia enjoys working on industrial and retail leasing, investment sales and has just brought to market the historic Regency Center in San Francisco – the largest privately owned events and entertainment facility on the west coast. As a kid in San Francisco, growing up in a real estate family, Olivia is enthusiastic and motivated about the industry just as she prides herself on her many interests including a fortunate lucky streak consistently connecting with dynamic people. A college athlete, Olivia continues to play competitive soccer, owns a San Francisco art gallery, enjoys dance and skiing, and remains close friends with classmates and co-workers across the country.
