Norberto Duarte has over 35 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer and 16 years as a Commercial Developer in the United States. He utilizes his knowledge, experience and focused approach to provide quality workmanship in every project. Norberto is involved with all facets of project management including buying, selling, designing, planning and development, from beginning to end.
In 1999 Norberto initiated the concept of commercial condominium units in Central Florida in order to assist small businesses to grow. Through his vision and successful marketing, his advertising strategies to target and develop new accounts, assisted more businesses to flow to the greater Orlando area, translating into over 1.2 million square feet of new commercial property. This development assisted in providing employment growth in Central Florida. Simultaneously, Norberto brought his experience as a commercial helicopter and airplane pilot since 1986 to the young but flourishing helicopter tourism business in Central Florida. Norberto opened a new helicopter company and assisted investors with the sales and purchase of helicopters for their businesses. In addition to aircraft sales, Norberto owned and operated daily helicopter tours of the Orlando area as an alternative option of entertainment for the thousands of tourists that visit every day.
