Nolen joined Douglas Development Corporation in 2010 with as an Asset Manager for the company’s Richmond portfolio. Douglas Development Corp. currently has more than $80,000,000 in assets in Richmond which include A & B class office, retail, multi-family, and development sites.
Prior to joining Douglas Development, Nolen was a Brokerage Services Associate with CB Richard Ellis representing tenants and landlords in Central and Southwest Virginia. A native of Richmond, Virginia, Nolen has vast knowledge of the local market as well as significant relationships within the local community and regional area. Nolen graduated from Virginia Tech with his B.S. in Marketing Management.
