Nolan Rushing is an Executive Broker in the Little Rock office of Colliers International | Arkansas. He focuses his practice on industrial properties and land acquisition and disposition. He also handles the sales and leasing of some office and retail properties. After graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Business with a Bachelors of Science Nolan worked as a bank lending officer. In 1974 he joined Barnes, Quinn, Flake & Anderson, Inc., the predecessor firm to Colliers International I Arkansas. Nolan has since worked at Colliers in Little Rock, having served as a Principal of the firm for 20 years until 2007.
