Nolan began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 2005 in the San Francisco & Oakland offices of Marcus & Millichap, where he served as a member of the agency's National Multi-Housing Group until 2010.
After leaving Marcus & Millichap, Nolan created the Real Estate Brokerage component of Bay Property Group, where he oversaw all aspects of the sales division, which included managing the team of agents whose sole focus was helping clients with the acquisition and disposition of Residential and Commercial Multifamily property in the Oakland / San Francisco / East Bay Area.
Nolan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Menlo College with a B.S. in International Business Management. He also received a Master of Arts and Science in Sports and Fitness Management from the University of San Francisco.
