Nita Stewart joined CBRE in 1999 and is a Senior Vice President with the Dallas Multifamily team.
Ms. Stewart brings more than 23 years of experience and specializes in marketing strategy development, transaction execution and sales negotiation. She works in partnership with Daniel Baker to help lead client engagements on behalf of investors in the multifamily space.
Since joining CBRE, Ms. Stewart has been involved in the disposition of over $20 billion in multifamily assets. She has experience transacting all asset types including private client sales. Successful execution experience includes portfolio transactions, tax credit sales, loan assumptions, REO assets and traditional multifamily deal structures. Ms. Stewart is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington with a major in Business Administration.
