Nils Anderson has been working in commercial real estate since 2014, representing clients such as Hook Studio, designer David Weeks, and artist Carol Bove. A graduate of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art (BFA 1994) and Hunter College (MFA 2007), and a resident of Brooklyn since 1998, Nils has an appreciation for New York City's built environment and its ever changing nature. With a deep knowledge of real estate value and opportunity, and an emphasis on strategic thinking, Nils approaches real estate brokerage as a creative process in support of each client's vision.
