Nikki has over 20 years of experience in the Property Management industry and is a Certified Apartment Manager.
Nikki has worked with both 3rd Party and Owned assets helping to drive result-orientated success in her portfolio. Nikki has had success in repositioning properties through renovations and identifying operational issues, resolved using creative problem-solving techniques. Nikki has been involved with multiple dispositions and acquisitions and believes the details can make or break the sale. She is an advocate for continued growth and has completed CI 101 and CI 103 courses toward her CCIM Designation. She has also completed REFM Excel for Real Estate Certification level one, two, and three.
