Nikki Faris specializes in the disposition and acquisition of net lease investments nationwide, with a specific emphasis on Quick Service Restaurants. She is a member of the Berkeley Capital Advisors’ West Coast Team, located in Newport Beach, California, which has completed over 1,300 NNN deals over the last 10 years. She works diligently to develop long term relationships with clients in order to provide valuable counsel in helping them reach their investment goals. Prior to joining BCA, Nikki graduated with honors from Oregon State University’s school of Business, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a minor in Spanish, and was a top performer on their Division 1 women’s soccer team. Outside of the office, she enjoys heading to the mountains to camp, snowboard, and hike, and is an avid runner and beach goer
