Nikita Bernstein joined Newmark in 2019 as an associate in the firm’s New York headquarters. A member of the Lodging Capital Markets team, Bernstein has been involved in more than $1.5 billion of equity and debt transactions in the hospitality space across the United States.
Prior to Newmark, Bernstein served for two years with Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Hospitality - Equity, Debt and Structured Finance team. She was previously a rotational associate in C&W’s Professional Real Estate Program.
