Niki has a proven sales record with Bluegrass Sotheby's International Realty. Niki has worked for one of Lexington's top builders, as their exclusive sales agent, and with this experience it has allowed her to become familiar with new construction and to understand the inner workings of both newer and older homes. Before pursuing a local career in real estate, Niki enjoyed traveling and lived abroad in many different areas of Europe. She studied Broadcast Journalism and attended the University of Kentucky from 1999-2004. In 2006 she obtained her real estate license and has not looked back!!! She currently owns a condo in downtown Lexington and enjoys shopping, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and considers work to be one of her number one priorities.
