Two Generations of Real Estate, Nigel has earned an GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institution) designation ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), REOS (Real Estate Owned Specialist), Member of the Fine Homes International and a South Carolina Home Builder Licenses, to-date, more than 80% of his business can be attributed to positive word-of-mouth referrals from past clients.
Philosophy:
Nigel believes today's real estate market requires specialization. To date, he has sold over 700 homes in the Grand Strand Area. In order to properly service a home buyer and/or seller, they need to know all the details of a given area. Since his clients are counting on his expertise, Nigel considers it his responsibility to know what is new on the market that he competes against, price reductions and what homes received offers. This is done every day.
Administration:
Providing “first-rate” service to his clients has always been Nigel’s top priority. The amount of disclosures and paperwork has tripled since he began his career in Real Estate. This requires the staffing of a full-time agent dedicated to following up on and responding to the many requests, calls and faxes generated by clients, cooperating agents and ancillary service providers. Kaci Horonzy and Connie Williams are outstanding in this capacity. Together, their efforts allow Nigel to dedicate more time to what he does best - prospecting for buyers and sellers, networking with other top agents, negotiating contracts and marketing your home. Kaci Horonzy and Rebekah Harding are Nigel’s full time listing coordinators, handling all disclosures and tracking the agents who show their listings so he can give sellers feedback and updates.
Commitment:
As a Realtor, Nigel has written a contract with his clients. Part of that agreement involves terms like, “good faith,” “diligent effort,” “looking out for the best interests of the client” etc. Nigel wants you to know that he takes this very seriously. As a client, you will be treated and serviced as he would want to be treated and serviced. Sometimes people ask Nigel when they work with him, do they get me? The answer is emphatically… yes! All the marketing, pricing strategy, networking, and ultimate sale of each home is his responsibility. With that said, 9 years of selling Real Estate has convinced him that the public demands a high level of service that is impossible for a single agent to give. To have a full-time Listing Coordinator means Nigel’s clients have twice the effort promoting their home and soliciting agent feedback. To have a full-time Closing Coordinator means that all timelines are regularly reviewed and adhered to—plus there’s always someone in the office to answer your call. A Marketing Director means to you the best possible exposure for your home and a strong commitment to the Internet. Everyone on his staff is licensed and personally trained by Nigel. Simply stated, Nigel meets daily with his team to make sure their clients are getting the highest level of service and they are always striving to improve.
