Nicole Townsend is a native Floridian with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Townsend obtained her Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in 2003 and quickly became a multimillion-dollar producer. Nicole has represented over 8 million square feet in Florida with some of the most notable REITs and owners in the retail and industrial arena, achieving the industry’s coveted CoStar Power Broker awards in 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2020, along with top producer ranking and prominent peer recognition.
