A South Florida native, Nicole has a deep understanding of the local market and extensive community ties.
Before joining Colliers, Nicole successfully led Vertical Unlimited Realty Investment Group as Broker/Sales Director, managing and training a team of 11 Real Estate Associates. Her career includes significant roles with Katz & Associates, The Related Group, CBRE, and Stiles Corporation, where she consistently delivered exceptional results, including top percentile performance.
Nicole’s areas of expertise include strategic asset marketing, contract negotiations, canvassing, financial forecasting, and budget management.
