Nicole Fontaine serves as Vice President at Katz & Associates. Ms. Fontaine focuses on new business development and retail
tenant and landlord representation throughout Broward and Palm Beach
counties. Her expertise includes landlord representation, canvassing, cold
calling, contract negotiations, strategic asset marketing, financial
forecasting and budget management.
Ms. Fontaine, joined CBRE specializing in retail brokerage. Prior to joining
CBRE, she was a Broker Associate for Stiles Corporation in Fort
Lauderdale, where she was recognized as a “Power Broker” two years in a
row for performing above and beyond in the top five percentile of sales
associates in the county. Prior to that, Ms. Fontaine was an Associate on
CBRE’s retail specialty team in Naples, Florida, where she developed and
implemented marketing and leasing sales strategies for 1.5 million square
feet of retail development. Prior to 2008, she was the Broker/Sales
Director for Vertical Unlimited Realty in Fort Myers, Florida, where she
hired, trained and managed a successful team of 11 real estate sales
