Nicole Banks is the most recent addition to Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate, joining the team in the summer of 2007. Graduating from Arizona State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, and Public Relations, Nicole has proven to be a valuable asset in the real estate industry. Most recently Ms. Banks began her real estate career in the residential field, working for a top 20 team, closing three transactions and listing over $2 million in inventory in less than three months.
Additionally, the position she held for two years with a consulting firm has afforded Nicole the essential hands-on marketing and sales experience that will prove beneficial at Cawley Chicago in effectively and efficiently exposing opportunities. In her previous role, she increased revenue by $17 million, writing, coordinating, and presenting proposals to Fortune 500 companies nationwide.
Nicole represents property owners, tenants and buyers in the greater Chicago land area. Her primary area of focus is Industrial and Office properties located in the North Dupage, West Suburb and O’Hare Industrial submarkets.
Having gained an extensive knowledge of advanced design concepts, she will also endeavor to improve the already exemplar Cawley Chicago marketing program. Furthermore, Nicole’s outgoing personality, previous professional relationships, and passion to succeed will surely benefit both Cawley Chicago and its clients
