Bio
Nick serves as the Senior Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office. In addition to tracking market statistics for quarterly reporting, he assists the office and industrial brokerage teams with market research for use in pitches and client requests. Nick is also responsible for producing local thought pieces showcasing trends and analysis for distribution amongst brokers, their clients and local news outlets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nick worked at OVC Holdings Corp. in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where he provided financial analysis and market research used in business development.
