Nick and his Team specialize in assisting occupiers of industrial space in both the creation and execution of seamless data-driven strategies. Through a holistic and consultative approach, Nick provides advisory services to his Clients by focusing on their business models/strategies and how real estate decisions, as an integrated component of those models, impact overall goals/ landed cost. Given the rapidly evolving distribution network model of virtually any industry in today's market, Nick's Clients have found his Team, strategically coupled with the CBRE platform, to be the most efficient conduit to an effective real estate solution. Nick joined CBRE in 2018 and his areas of expertise include site selection, labor analytics, real estate capital markets, structuring and negotiation of lease and sale transactions, government incentives procurement, and construction procurement. Prior to joining CBRE, Nick was Senior Vice President at Colliers International, where he began his career in 2010, similarly advising occupiers of Industrial space both across the Greater Los Angeles Basin and nationally.
