Nick is a director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 6 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in investment advisory in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and has been involved in more than $800 million in commercial real estate transactions. Before working at HFF, Nick worked at The Garibaldi Group, a full-service real estate company as a Vice President. His primary responsibilities were new business development, specializing in tenant and landlord representation for both office and industrial properties, representing over 1 million square feet in Northern New Jersey. Before Nick started in real estate, he spent six years as an OTC Commodities Broker for GFI Group, Inc.
