Nick Solomon is a Realtor® at Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills. He began his career in the industry in 2011 at Sotheby's International Realty before joining Douglas Elliman in January 2020. Nick has been earning his stripes in both commercial and residential real estate diligently servicing his clients diverse needs. Nick was born in Los Angeles and raised in the Beverly Hills and Bel Air areas, and he has resided in one of the city's most prized landmarks, the Harold Lloyd Estate/Greenacres. Nick graduated from UCLA with honors, previously competed in and won gold medals in martial arts tournaments and then transitioned into a career in sports journalism and marketing. Nick attended law school before deciding that his true passion was for the land and the art of transferring title to real property. Nick has proven that he can successfully handle and close multiple complicated escrows while at the same time honoring his commitment to his clients' business needs. He holds the distinction of having represented the seller of the highest priced home sold per square foot in the Los Feliz Oaks in 2013, and is a highly respected professional.
