Nick began his Real Estate career in 2004 and worked for a local home builder until 2007. Commercial Real Estate had always been his passion so in late 2007, Nick made the move and began his Commercial Real Estate career with CBRE Fresno and stayed with CBRE until the closing of the Fresno office in 2013 and then moved to Colliers International | Central California specializing in Retail Landlord/ Tenant representation, Investment property acquisition , asset disposition and ground up development. Joined Guarantee Commercial Real Estate in 2020.
