Working in Commercial Real Estate since 1998
Nick has been working at ORION Investment Real Estate since 2012 and is currently a Senior Vice President of Investment Sales. He’s been teaching commercial real estate classes at Arizona School of Real Estate & Business since March of 2010. He obtained his CCIM Designation in 2003 and has been active with several committees at The CCIM Institute and local Central AZ CCIM Chapter. Nick has completed over 390 sale and lease transactions valued close to $500M. He has been focused on helping his clients maximize value of their investment properties for the past 24 years.

Nick received a BSBA in Accounting and Real Estate & Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2000. He was nominated for ASREB’s 2016 Broker of the Year.
