Bio
With over $50 million in Commercial Real Estate transactions, he has advised investment groups from both Asia and Southern California. Nick has served as Planning Commissioner for the City of Cerritos, where he advised and approved a 500 multi-family unit project and $10 million shopping center for the community. He has worked as Managing Director for Sperry Van Ness and is currently working with AAGLA to help bridge the Korean American Landlords with the community of Los Angeles. He holds an MBA, is a member of ICSC, RIOAC and alumni of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate.
