Mr. Foster joined JLL during the HFF acquisition. At HFF, he was director in the Orange County office with more than eight years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in net lease investment advisory nationwide and corporate real estate services throughout the United States. Mr. Foster has executed on the sale of more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions since 2012. Mr. Foster joined the firm in February 2012. Prior to HFF, he worked in Portfolio Management for Bank of America’s Commercial Real Estate Banking Group, where he oversaw a debt portfolio of approximately $1.5 billion across all product types.
