Bio
Nick joined Isaacs and Company in 2008 after working at Ernst & Young in the Commercial Real Estate Advisory practice. His range of experience includes financial due diligence, valuation, and strategic advisory for retail and commercial real estate clients. Nick has built decade long relationships with both tenants and landlords. As a commercial real estate advisor to high profile brands, he has assisted many design, beauty, fashion, and DNVB clients in shaping their real estate strategy, identifying opportunities, and securing spaces. A selection of clients include Giorgio Armani (16+ locations in a nationwide rollout); Aesop (helping the brand secure its first US location, and rolling out an additional 12+ deals); retail and US HQs for beauty brands Diptyque, Byredo, SpaceNK and Heyday; NY locations for California transplants Rothy’s, Jenni Kayne, Clare V, Buck Mason, and Goop; and office space for companies ranging from fashion, design, PR, and start-ups. Working with a network of broker partners he has secured high street retail for clients throughout the Tri-State Area, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington DC, Boston, Dallas, South Florida, and numerous shopping centers nationwide. Prior to his work at Ernst & Young, Nick worked in the Asset Management department at Kilroy Realty Corporation where he coordinated the leasing activity for the company’s Class A office and retail portfolio, working directly with tenants, brokers, construction management and legal counsel. Nick graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California where he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Development.
