Nick started in real estate 25 years ago while attending the University of Texas and lived in West Campus 3 of the 4 years he was a student. The Fort Worth native has lived in Austin since 1987 and knows the campus and Central Austin market better than anyone. Nick oversees all operations of the company and works closely with property owners and investors to ensure their assets are properly leased and managed. To date, Nick has sold or been a principal in over $150 million in transactions around the Austin area and has built a reputation of being a straight shooter.
