Nick Cireddu is a Brokerage Associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the International Business Brokers Association. As a CBI and IBBA member, Nick objectively determines the economic value of businesses and guides both buyers and sellers through the intricacies of successfully closing a business sale. Nick graduated with honors from Miami University of Ohio, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
Prior to his career as an agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Nick gained diverse professional experience while being a Financial Manager with Abbott Laboratories and Stanley Black & Decker. There he specialized in various facets within Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis, while also gaining exposure to a variety of functions including Cost Accounting, Pricing, Demand Planning, Treasury, General Accounting, and New Product Development. Nick has first-hand entrepreneurship experience developing a telemedicine startup, TeleHealth Care Solutions LLC. He was instrumental in the execution of the company's business plan, non-provisional patent submission, evolving capital support, financial modeling and investor relations.
Nick possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an expertise in business management, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting while operating in a variety of business environments.
