Nick was born in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas in 1980 with a BBA degree and a certification in real estate. He is married and has two children.
From January 1980 through June 1980, Nick worked with Brookhollow Corporation, a land development corporation in Dallas, Texas. He then returned to San Antonio and worked as a sales and leasing agent for Birnbaum and Company, a commercial real estate brokerage concern. In 1981, he associated with Perron and Company, Inc. and in 1986 became a principal and stockholder of the firm, which is now known as Perron & Campbell, Inc.
Nick’s experience in commercial real estate consists of raw land brokerage (ranging from retail pad sites to a 1,200 acre master plan subdivision), office, industrial, retail and investment properties. As a partner and principal, Nick has acquired, managed and operated various properties over the past fifteen years. In this capacity, he currently oversees the operation of 20 commercial properties in the San Antonio area. He is a member of the National Associates of Realtors as well as all state and local affiliates. He is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, and has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1981.
Nick is a charter member and past board member of the Commercial Investment Division of the San Antonio Board of Realtors. Additionally, he has served on the boards of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio as well as several civic and charitable organizations.
