Bio
Born and raised in Boston, real estate has always come naturally to me. With nearly a decade of experience I have an intimate knowledge of all the neighborhoods and streets in Boston. I’ve been a top producer at every company I’ve worked for. At City Reality I was consistently the top rental broker as well as rental manager. In my first year where I focused on sales in 2013 I received a President’s Circle award representing the top 3% of Prudential agents nationwide. I became the top agent in my first year at Red Tree Real Estate.
Starting my career in rentals, I have moved on to be an investment specialist selling multi family homes and commercial properties throughout the city and surrounding areas – although I also sell single family homes and condos. I bring an investors perspective into the mix when advising on real estate purchases. I take a lot of pride in selling people properties that make sense and always have their best interests in mind.
My motto is to align my goals with my client’s needs. I find in this business that by doing this, positive results will always be achieved. Before beginning my career in real estate I was in residential construction. I’ve had experience on job sites, beginning at age 16. From 16-21 I was an apprentice to my godfather Who is a general contractor and master carpenter, watching the way he did business and the attention to detail has always influenced and shaped the way I run my business. He is someone that always put his customers first and always comes trough for them. Under his guidance and tutelage, I started a high end a house painting company at 21, working primarily in the Milton area, the company grew and was a success until 2008 when I began my career in real estate.
I’ve always believed that my prior experiences in construction have made me a better, more well rounded agent. When I sell a property I know what I am selling. Design and construction is a passion of mine, having an advanced knowledge of how a house is constructed and knowing all the details is a great tool.
Real estate is not just a job for me, its also a hobby. Some people love fancy cars or jewelry – my passion is houses. When I’m not working I enjoy discussing design ideas, materials and everything that goes into making a house beautiful. I also spend my free time keeping current with market conditions by discussing real estate with people in my field and reading business related articles I come across about local and even national real estate.
I have vision of the market and know what’s going on at all times. Even early into my career from 2009- 2012 I was telling people that the market was at its lowest point, I told people that this is a time period that everyone would look back and say, “I wish I bought then” I told them don’t be one of those people.
In conclusion, real estate is my life. I’ve met some of my greatest friends in this business. I have great relationships with the best brokers throughout the city. I know and have done deals with the majority of local agents in the area who have been doing business for a consistent period of time. Any major real estate office in the greater Boston area that I haven’t done business with are few and far between.
Buying real estate is the biggest decision of your life, it is extremely crucial that you put your faith in someone who is an absolute expert in the field, my clients will tell you that I will never let you down, all my experiences and time in the business are the reasons you can trust me.
