Mr. James Nicholas (Nick) Bayne serves as Principal of RCG LLC. Previously, Mr. Bayne served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Maine & Maritimes Corp, President of Maine Public Service Co., (MPS), a subsidiary of Maine & Maritimes Corp., and also its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bayne served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Maine and New Brunswick Electrical Power Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Maine Public Service Co. He has over 30 years of experience in the energy and utility industry. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Maricor Group US; The Maricor Group Canada Ltd; Maricor Properties Ltd; Mecel Properties Ltd; and Maricor Technologies Inc. (these are all subsidiaries of Maine & Maritimes Corp.). Prior to joining MPS, he served as an Executive consultant to the energy, utilities, and energy software industries. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors for Aspect LP, wholly-owned by Koch Ventures/Koch Industries. Mr. Bayne holds a degree in environmental science technology from Southwestern Community College and undertook graduate studies. He also holds a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business administration and economic geography from the University of South Carolina.
