Nicholas D. Smith is an experienced commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty’s Nancy Frigo Team (NFT). Nick is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana with a background in community and housing development, down payment and rental assistance program administration, and large multifamily property management.
Whether clients are looking to lease commercial space, complete a commercial acquisition, list their commercial property, or work on a major new construction development, Nick can help. As member of the NFT, he can directly assist with commercial transactions in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. Buying and selling commercial real estate of any magnitude will come with some challenges. However, Nick’s goal is to make sure the client has an enjoyable experience by exhibiting extraordinary customer service, patience, and professionalism.
Nick is a Land Acquisition and Listing Specialist through VestRight. He also received the Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) certification from the National Development Council. Nick graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and a Certificate of International Business.
