Nicholas “Nick” Raio is a resident of Mantua Township, Gloucester County, NJ. He attended Clearview Regional High School and graduated from Rowan College of South Jersey with a degree in Business Science. Nick has long had an interest in real estate, studying the field throughout high school and college. During his academic years, he gained hands-on experience working in construction with his father’s house-flipping business, which has significantly enhanced his industry knowledge. Additionally, Nick has developed financial and customer service skills through previous roles in the auto industry.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys the great outdoors, with hobbies including boating, hiking, swimming, and surfing.
