Nicholas is an innovative person, who’s one of two co-founders & Managing Partner of Kaizen Capital Realty Partners. Nicholas represents clients in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate assets through out the GTA. He has a broad range of clients ranging from private and institutional investors, to the intricate needs of developers. Nicholas’ strengths are in maximizing value and driving results in every transaction. He accomplishes this by building a comprehensive and robust marketing process. This process drives the creation of a competitive bidding environment, which aids in achieving optimal pricing and more favourable terms for his client.
Nicholas’ primary goal is to exceed the expectations of each client, by delivering superior results, in order to build and maintain lasting relationships. Nicholas has a thorough understanding of the current market, along with the challenges facing the industry and a keen ability to apply appropriate solutions. His approach to maximizing value for each client, begins with his considerable understanding of market conditions that shape investment decisions. Investors have come to rely on him, for access to the highest quality inventory of investment properties.
While moving in a new direction and prior to launching Kaizen Capital Realty Partners, Nicholas developed and honed his market skills at Marcus & Millichap, while focusing on multiple asset classes, surrounding investments and capital markets. Nicholas has worked with a variety of European, Middle Eastern and East African investors. His main focus with this particular group was on infrastructure and development. As such, he has acquired extensive knowledge and is fluent in a number of languages.
Over the years, Nicholas has conducted his business practice on the principles of integrity and transparency. He feels that advantageously positioning his client and putting their needs first, is always the best practice. His vast travel experience has given him the ability to be creative, resourceful and an effective problem solver.
