Nicholas, a native New Yorker, comes from a real estate family and is the fourth generation to invest in and develop property in and around New York City. Nicholas is passionate about architecture and design and has a sophisticated eye for elegance, which he puts to use whether it be redesigning his new townhouse in Greenwich Village or his home in the North Shore.
