Nick Brett BSc MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in Retail Agency, Development, Investment, Professional and Asset Management. Prior to setting up Nicholas Brett & Co in 1998 he was previously a Partner at Hough Gould and has worked for Birmingham Commercial Agents, Chesterton and Elliott Son & Boyton.
He is married with two grown-up children and in his spare time is a supporter of Worcester Warriors RFC and Aston Villa. He helped to establish and is Deputy Chairman of The Shop at Crowle, a community enterprise run by volunteers. He nearly kills himself on a weekly basis playing Squash and has recently taking up cycling (very slowly..).
