Nicholas Beeson is a Senior Director focused on value-add acquisition and development opportunities in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and the Southeast. Since joining Foulger-Pratt in 2016, Mr. Beeson has been instrumental in the acquisition of projects totaling 1.7 million square feet and over $600 million of value.
Prior to joining Foulger-Pratt, Mr. Beeson served as an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Finance & Investment Banking team, where he assisted corporations, institutions, and other owner-occupiers in maximizing real estate value through structured financial products, involving tax, capital, and accounting strategies. Mr. Beeson worked on transactions totaling 5 million square feet and $1.3 billion of value.
Mr. Beeson received his B.S. in Business Administration (Finance Concentration) from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a CFA Charterholder.
