Lika has also nabbed third prize in the "Residential Deal of the Year" category at the Real Estate Board of New York's Residential Deal of the Year Awards. Lika has leveraged her expertise to found the Lika Williams Team, a powerful force helping buyers in New York and Palm Beach, FL search for their dream homes, Commercial Spaces, and secure their ideal real estate investments.

Prior to her career in real estate, Lika worked in industrial design and at a high-powered trading company on Wall Street, forging business connections that aid her in her work to this day.
"I fell in love with the city and its architecture after moving here 22 years ago," she says. "While working in design and trade, I came to know the real estate market and the business itself. It was just a natural progression to do this full time and become a real estate professional." Her training in design, at Parsons, and the sharp aesthetic eye she possesses are enormous assets in her real estate career. Lika keeps her finger firmly on the pulse of the market by reading all market reports, real estate news, and studying new properties and development projects. "I update myself on a daily basis, and share all my insights with my clients," she says. She has built her business on honesty and hard work, and is constantly processing new information and sharing it for the benefit of her clients.
